Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information The Aurelian Studio ("we", "us") collects when you visit theaurelianstudio.com, sign up for our emails, or interact with our channels (Doctor Sunny and Human Subjects), and how we use it.
Who we are
The Aurelian Studio is an independent media studio that creates educational videos and books. You can contact us at mail@theaurelianstudio.com.
Information we collect
- Email sign-ups. If you join our weekly email, we collect your email address (and your name, if you choose to give it).
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information.
How we use it
- To send you our weekly email and occasional updates about new videos and books.
- To reply to your messages and partnership or press enquiries.
- To keep the website secure, fix problems and understand how it is used.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run the site: Hostinger hosts the website and manages our email list (Hostinger Reach). Our videos are published on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram; when you visit those platforms or follow links to them, their own privacy policies apply. We also use automated tools, including AI tools, to help produce and publish our content. We never give these tools your personal data from our email list.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and stay fast and secure (for example, caching and security cookies). We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our list, except where we must keep limited records by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the European Union and the UK), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe using the link in any of our emails, or email us and we will help. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our content is made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
